Kristos, The Anointed, Christ Within, Christ Consciousness

There are many countless groups, and what we would call "new age" people who are claiming that Jesus is simply "A CHRIST". They try to explain this by talking about how the Greek word "Kristos" (translated into Christ) means "the anointed". They go on to claim that Jesus found out how to be a "Christ", and some even claim that Jesus' ministry was all about teaching us how to become "anointed", how to become a "Christ" like him.

The dictionary now defines the word "Christ" as "someone regarded as similar to Jesus of Nazareth." New age people may call it "the Christ within" or "the Christ consciousness", or even "cosmic Christ". How seductive is this? Why do you need Jesus Christ to get to God, when you can be a Christ as well? Joe Christ doesn't need Jesus Christ.

In their sinful deceived minds, they fail to believe the TRUTH, the words in the Bible which say:

"Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He [the one who denieth] is antichrist" (1 John 2:22).

Rephrased: an anti-Christ is someone that denies that Jesus is THE CHRIST. We know more anti-Christ people than we thought.

Jesus is not a Christ, but THE ONE AND ONLY CHRIST.

"He saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am? And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God. And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven." (Matthew 16:15-17).

No one will have "Christ within" unless they have Jesus Christ living within them through the Holy Ghost. No one will receive the anointing of the Holy Ghost upon their lives, unless Jesus Christ is upon their lives. Thus - they do not become "kristos", they do not become a "Christ", they don't have their own anointing - rather they have Jesus Christ and the Holy Ghost with them - it's GOD's anointing! This will not come to anyone who is not a saved, born again Biblical Christian. This will not come to anyone who would dare to claim that they could become a "Christ"! See how the deceptions of the emerging new age movement is walking as close to Biblical truth as it possibly can, to MESS WITH OUR HEADS!

Dear Jesus, please protect your Christians. Protect your Saints from the deceptions of the enemy. YOU ALONE ARE HOLY. YOU ALONE ARE THE CHRIST! We are nothing but worthless sinners who deserve punishment. But you took our punishment, to save our souls from hell and damnation and flesh eating worms. Thank you for what you have done for us! I love you Jesus Christ! Amen.
