God Is God And I'm Not

"Where wast thou when I laid the foundations of the earth?
Declare, if thou hast understanding." Job 38:4.
Lord God!
Help me to understand that you are God,
and I'm not.
Help me to understand that YOU are in control and I'm not.
Help me to understand that you are all Holy,
Powerful and Awesome,
and that I am but a simple,
little human,
trying to follow you in this messed up world.
I am suffering so many trials,
tribulation and torment.
Please God help me to follow you and not to get lead astray by all of the many traps that satan has set up for me.
Jesus,
please empower me with thy Holy Ghost to in battle against the works of the enemy.
I choose to release my fears,
and control into your hands,
and ask that you guide,
protect,
heal and prosper my life.
In Jesus name I pray,
Amen.
