// Serpent Says: Get Highly Educated On All Religions and the Concept of God* 3K+ ↓↓   ↓

In these End Times and Last Days, many people are trying to deceive you into thinking that you need to be well educated, well researched and well trained on all the different types of "religions" and so called "faiths". People boast themselves against Christians, claiming that they know more about God if they have studied or tried out various religions or religious components (functions, activities, rituals, etc). This does tend to mess with the Christians who are being challenged by these people. It's not only an attack on their Christianity, but it works as an attack on their integrity, intelligence, wisdom and education. A seducing spirit shows up with temptation saying: "you don't really know that much about other religions", or "you haven't studied or tried what others have to offer".

This is a continuation of what happened in the Garden of Eden. It's the devil serpent tempting Christians to partake in the knowledge of evil.
- The serpent told Eve that if she ate of the fruit, she would know it all and "be as gods".
- These people who tempt Christians say that they need to research, study and / or try it all, so that they will understand religion.
What happened when Eve ate of the forbidden fruit? Likewise, God has forbidden other religions: "Thou shalt have no other gods before me." (Exodus 20:3).

In reality, the FACT is that the people who are the most educated on God, and are the smartest and most intelligent, and have the best understanding of God, KNOW that Yeshua (Jesus Christ), who is the Biblical Messiah: IS the ONLY GOD, the ONLY WAY, the ONLY TRUTH, just as he taught the world. And therefore, they don't need to know about all the others. They don't need to research all the others, because they have found God, and that's it!

+ "For there are three that bear record in heaven,
the Father
the Word
and the Holy Ghost

and these three are one.
" (1 John 5:7 KJV).

+ Jesus says: "I AM the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father [GOD], but by me." (John 14:6 KJV). "I and my Father [GOD] are one." (John 10:30 KJV).

+ "I AM Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty." (Revelation 1:8 KJV).

Now, perhaps there are circumstances in which knowing some information about other religions may be important, such as for the purpose of fulfilling the Lord's command in Matthew 24:4, to "take heed that no man deceive you". Especially since there are many false religious movements who claim to have Jesus in them, and claim Jesus as one of their prophets. Some even appear as if Christian, and claim to use the Bible, yet they would lead people astray into anti-Christ movements with damnable doctrines and blasphemous heresies.

It is important for people to be warned and alerted. It's one thing to learn information for the purpose of protecting one's self, but what does Jesus Christ say about all of this? What does he say about researching and finding out all about what other religions and religious leaders have to say? What does he say about his sheep trying out other religions? He answered these questions in the Good Shepherd parable, which has vital importance to Christianity. Jesus taught us that HE is the Shepherd of his sheep, and HE is "the door" in which the Shepherd comes through to the flock. He teaches that anyone else who tries to lead his sheep is a "thief and a robber", and that HIS SHEEP will NOT accept (listen to or follow) the voice of another, but will flee from it!

"To him [JESUS CHRIST] the porter openeth; and the sheep [SAVED CHRISTIANS] hear his [JESUS'] voice: and he calleth his own sheep by name, and leadeth them out. And when he putteth forth his own sheep, he goeth before them, and the sheep follow him [JESUS]: for they know his voice. And a stranger [ANY OTHER RELIGION] will they not follow, but will flee from him: for they know not the voice of strangers. This parable spake Jesus unto them: but they understood not what things they were which he spake unto them." (John 10:3-6 KJV).

Have you ever seen a flock of sheep? They stand around together closely. When their Shepherd is near, they are happy. When anyone else comes around, they get scared and start moving and running away from them, and run to wherever the Shepherd is. They expect their Shepherd to protect them. The Good Shepherd parable Jesus taught, is a commandment for how his people will behave, and it's also a example of spiritual discernment. Christians follow Jesus Christ only, and do not follow or mix in any other religion or religious components into their lives.

The wise man responds: "I'm a Christian. I believe what the Holy Bible says about God. Jesus Christ says "I AM the way, the truth and the life", and no one goes to God but through him. Ive found God and I don't need to look anywhere else. All the education I need about the ways and truth of God is in the Holy Bible. And I don't have to prove Jesus Christ is God, he has already proven it himself."
