Yes, God’s word is very, VERY clear that people are to remain virgins until they are married. The Bible gives us tons of scriptures warning against what is called "fornication". The word "fornication" is defined as: "voluntary sexual intercourse between two unmarried persons or two persons not married to each other."

Can someone become a virgin again, after having had sex?
There is such a thing as sexual cleansing. Being freed of every single sexual sin committed, and therefore becoming a virgin again, in the sense of having been freed from their previous life of sexual sins. "Second virginity" it’s usually called, but it happens only once, when a person gets saved and become a Christian, therefore having Jesus Christ take their sins to the cross. They never fornicate again.
